OLS Progress Reminder:
Can you believe that we are approaching the end of the school year? As we begin thinking about wrapping up the end of the year, report cards come to mind. I thought it would be beneficial to remind you of our grading scale breakdown. Our grading scale reflects student progress and mastery. If you notice subjects you are behind in, start adding a few extra lessons here and there in order to catch up on your progress.
Our grading scale breakdown:
90-100% mastered lessons = M (mastered)
80-89% mastered lessons = C (completed)
79% and below = U (unsatisfactory) or I (incomplete).
Unmastered Assessments
A great way to catch up in the OLS is to try to pass your unmastered assessments. On your daily plan, click on the course name > unmastered assessments > unit check-point > review assessment. If you click on the question number it will bring up the question, your student's answer, and the correct answer. This might be a great way to tell what questions your student is getting wrong and why.
After you reviewing the assessment and related vocabulary, as well as completing a few practice problems, click on "retake assessment" and try it again.
If you need any assessments unlocked, please contact your homeroom teacher.
