Halloween by Devyn M.
Halloween is coming! Halloween is on October 31st. What should you be? There are so many things you could be! You can be an angel, a devil, a zombie, an alien, you can be anything! You can even create your own costumes. Little kids you can dress up as a fairy, a princess, zombie, or anything you want. I wonder what type of candy you're going to get for halloween? You could get some type of chocolate, sour candy, sweet candy. You might even carve pumpkins. Halloween is a fun holiday. You go and dress up scary, pretty or anyway you'd like. You would walk around to each house with friends and family saying “trick or treat!” and you might get candy or you will get tricked. Sometimes the candy possibly would be sitting outside for children to take one.
The history of Halloween started when the pagans made costumes. Another name for Halloween is “All Hallows’ Eve”. At Liberty, we have a Halloween Parade!

Constitution Day by Bella A.
The First Constitution Day took place on September 17,2004. We celebrate it on September 17 every year. You may wonder what Constitution Day is? It is a day to celebrate the signing of the Constitution, where representatives from original 13 colonies gathered to sign a very important paper. The Constitution had 10 amendments but now it has 27. It is a plan or set of rules (From the text Understanding The U.S Constitution). We have Freedom of speech, Freedom of the press, Freedom of religion, Right to bear arms. That is why we celebrate the constitution every year. That is why it is important.
