LASE Update 2/18/2016
NEWS AND HIGHLIGHTS!
Thank you to Springfield, Rethink, and SpedTrack for hosting last weeks CASE Hybrid Conference. I think everyone who was able to attend would say it was great information and a great location. CASE does offer a recording of the conference which can be purchased on the CASE website.
The next regular LASE meeting will be March 4th back at our regular location at McAlister's. We hope to see everyone there! Remember we will not be holding a regular April LASE meeting due to the National CEC conference being held in St. Louis.
For our May meeting we have Ernie Trakas, Attorney from Mickes Goldman O'Toole LLC, presenting to our group. In order to give him some guidance on a topic to prepare for us I am in need of your input. Please let me know any legal topics you might want to hear more about by clicking on the following link...and hopefully I didn't make another mistake and this link should work this time!!
LEGAL TOPIC SUGGESTIONS FOR MAY MEETING
If you are lucky enough to be retiring at the end of this year or you know of someone who is retiring and have not yet emailed me please let me know by email to esmith@wolves.k12.mo.us. We will celebrate those retiring with a yummy treat at our May meeting.
MAP-A Updates
Your district test coordinators recently received an email with some 2016 data clean-up procedures for MAP-A to help your district prepare for the Spring upload of data for this year's accountability measures. The data clean-up window is March 1-11. The Spring testing window will be open April 4 through May 27. If you did not receive this information from your test coordinator here is the link to the procedures.
