In order for my client Clare Johnston to become healthy she needs to lose weight. We will make meals for her full of protien and take out saturated fats. Our goal is to be eating 1,800 calories per day.
3 eggs substitued with 9 tablespoon of egg whites
1/3 cup of oil substitued with apple sause
1 cup of water
Bake on 350 for 25-28 minutes.
