Nuclear Testing in the Desert

Informed decision making

The Desert

A very dry, secluded area that is usually on the side of a mountain range. Deserts have been known for their scaly reptiles, nocturnal animals, and wide variety of cacti. These deserts may not be human friendly, but there are a lot of wildlife that have lived in this area for decades.

Nuclear Testing in the Desert

This type of testing isn't one to be messed around with. Which is why it is in such a secluded location. Little do they think about all the other things that exist other than humans, so many animals and plant life are being permanently damaged or killed. Nuclear Testing in the Desert is not a good thing.

My Problem

Not only is nuclear testing already an awful thing, but testing in the desert!? Yes testing in a secluded area like this is what most people think is right, but think of all the animal habitats and plant life that are being destroyed due to the disastrous nuclear blast, and deathly radiation given off.

The Solution

Scientists need to find ways to test nuclear bombs and weapons safely. Another solution would be to move locations to somewhere remote where almost nothing is in existence so no one and nothing is harmed in anyway. Finally, scientists should also research a way to control the amounts of radiation and radioactive waste produced because these things have killed numerous humans and injured many others.
