Communiqué

We're excited to announce a new format for GCPS' digital magazine, Communiqué! Now it's 36th year, Communiqué is changing to better meet the needs of our families. Rather than producing a flip-magazine each semester, as we have in the past, we'll be posting digital content on a more regular basis. You can expect to see feature stories from our local schools, videos from around the district, photo galleries of school activities and events, calendar items, and Bulletin Board shorts.

CHECK LOST AND FOUND

If your Student has misplaced their jacket, lunch box, or any item,

please have them check our Lost and Found TODAY.

Safety and Security

All schools have a safety and security plans. The plans are designed with the help of school security and support staff members, as well as local law enforcement, emergency management, and public health officials. Plans are reviewed and updated regularly. These plans include procedures to respond to critical incidents such as tornados, medical emergencies and criminal acts. All staff members are trained on all procedures as it relates to how to handle issues related to safety and security.
