These easy to make smoothies are fruit blended! Use these instead of coke or fizzy drinks!
Things NOT to have regulary!
Coca Cola
Try to limit the amount you have of these. Within the 10 mins after you drink 1, 10 teaspoons of sugar hit your system.
Chocolate!
Again, try to limit yourself. Did you know chocolate contains Caffine, wich puts your body into stress, aswel as all that sugar.
