The Buzz at Westbrook School
May 21, 2021
From the Principal...
Dear Westbrook Families,
We are so proud of our students and all of their hard work this school year! As our staff continues the important work of this school year, we are also preparing for the 2021-2022 school year. Our teachers and staff have begun to prepare our students for the next school year. This week, our social worker Lisa Ryno went to each first grade class to talk about 2nd grade and give our students a virtual tour of Fairview and Lions Park. In addition, our teachers spent the afternoon today completing important sectioning work for next school year. We consider the academic and social-emotional needs of our students as we work collaboratively to make placement decisions.
Circle of Friends Farewell
Congratulations to all of our Circle of Friends Preschoolers for a great school year! It has been a joy to watch you grow this year!
Westbrook PTO
The Westbrook Staff would like to extend a big THANK YOU to all who have supported our Westbrook PTO. We want to especially thank Westbrook co-presidents Roseann Houghton and Kristen Benwitz, co-vice presidents Lisa Dister and Jacki Kochanski, treasurer Lauren Seidel, and secretary Mallory Reyes, as well as all who served as committee chairs this year! We thank you for your commitment and leadership! You help to make Westbrook special for our students and school community!
