Hestia
Hestia is the goddess of the hearth, (otherwise known as a floor of a fireplace), architecture, the right of ordering domesticity, and the family and the state. She is one of the daughters of Cronus and Rhea. Her sanctuaries are the central hearth of Ancient Greek city-states. Unlike most gods, she did not have a weapon. She was protector of the hearth and kept home fires burning.

What life would be like without Hestia
According to the Greeks, if Hestia didn't exist, homes would be cold. People would freeze to death and they'd never be warm except if they were under a blanket. People would have no way to cook things, eating raw meat and other food. People would die.
