Laws
This is a Roman contribution. Tablets were hung in the Roman forum with rules on them that applied to all the people. Today families have established rules for their households. Sometimes they are hung on the walls.

Christianity is a Roman contribution. Theodosius made Christianity the main religion of Rome in 380 C.E. Today people still practice Christianity.
Roads and Pathways
Roads are a Roman contribution. Several concrete roads stretching 250,000 miles were built in Rome. Today roads are still built and pathways like the one above are still used.
