Find out how Ricky Munday, inspirational speaker and entrepreneur extraordinaire, went from Chartered Accountant to conquering Everest.
Join Ricky as he discusses his own journey from a council estate to qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CA), and working on four continents for the Red Cross and British Antarctic Survey. In this talk, Ricky will be sharing his own story covering issues of resilience, goal setting and perseverance; as well as his latest venture into social enterprise through 'Inspire Alpine'.

St Andrews Summer Internship Scheme - Apply Now!
The St Andrews Summer Internships Scheme provides interesting project-based work experience, within a variety of professional services units of the University, for registered 2nd and 3rd year University of St Andrews undergraduates - or 3rd and 4th years on 5 year degrees - during the summer vacation.
The intern will be given a real life project to carry out, through which they will gain insight into the knowledge and skills needed to function successfully in that particular area of work.
The University will provide the following financial support for each intern:
- a vacational scholarship per week (paid monthly) to cover the intern’s self-organised board and lodging or
- accommodation, where available, within a University Hall of Residence (and, depending on the cost, any remaining vacational scholarship)
