Best ways to tame stress
Slope Day pro tips
If you drink hard alcohol on Slope Day, keep your BAC in check by knowing what’s in your cup. Every shot of liquor (1.25-1.5 ounces) counts as a drink, and as many as 5-6 “drinks” can fit into a single red Solo cup. Stick to the buzz – and to beer – to help avoid an alcohol emergency. And remember: you'll never get in trouble for calling 9-1-1 to help a friend. Find more tips here.
