Welcome Back!
We'd love the opportunity to connect with our students via Zoom. If you have a day, date, and time that would work for your family schedule, please email me at srowland@fsd157c.org or Mrs. Pierik at apierik@fsd157c.org so we can set that up! Thank you!!

More Ways to MASTER Multiplication Facts!
The website below has a plethora of hands-on, project-based, fun oriented activities to help your student master those facts in creative ways. Please check it out. I LOVE the ones that use dominoes, Legos, plastic cups, play-doh and things that you already have around the house! Also, I have a video I made of more multiplication ideas a little further down on the newsletter!

WHAT IF YOU HAD ANIMAL TEETH!?
GREAT WHITE SHARK TEETH
IF YOU HAD great white shark teeth, you'd never have to worry about losing a tooth. There'd always be a new tooth growing behind it, ready to slide into place. And there would never be a gap in your bite.
HIPPOPOTAMUS TEETH
IF YOU HAD hippo front teeth, you'd never need to brush. Your upper teeth would grind against your lower ones, keeping them clean and white.
NARWHAL TEETH
IF YOU HAD a narwhal tusk, would you poke around to find fish or fight off your enemies? Or would you feel your way thought the dark parts of the ocean? Even scientists wonder what a narwhal does with its tusk.
