Leonardo Da Vinci, profoundly known as an artist, was a leading figure of the Italian Renaissance. He was born on April 15th, 1452 in Vinci, Italy, and died May 2nd, 1512. He was the heart of the Italian Renaissance, most looked up to him as a leader. He was a true "Renaissance Man."

The biggest impact he had on he world was his paintings, specifically the Mona Lisa. The Mona Lisa is one of, if not the most popular painting in the history of art.
