WHAT'S SPLASHING?

Burlington County Special Services School District

September 2015

As it is exciting for the beginning of a new school year it is also exciting for the start of Aquatics Classes! The objective of the Burlington County Special Services Aquatics program is to provide an instructional, therapeutic and recreational environment. These objectives are differentiated dependent on the student's needs. This year is going to be filled with lots of learning and lots of fun. In order to do that here are some reminders:

1. Swim Permission Slips must be signed and turned in prior to swim class.

2. Students will swim according to the designated scheduled times and days.

3. Students are responsible for bringing their own swimsuit, towel, any other necessary items (flip flops, goggles, etc.) These items will be sent home to be cleaned and must be with the student on the designated swim day.

4. Students who are experiencing incontinent issues will be provided plastic pants by the school district but must be with the student on their swim day.

I look forward to the 2015-2016 school year to be a safe, fun, and productive year of aquatics class. Check out the link to the aquatic Website! On here you will find newsletters, forms, updates and pictures. http://www.bcsssd.k12.nj.us/domain/306
