Welcome Letter!
July 30, 2019
WELCOME!
Dear RESC Staffulty,
I really cannot believe it is time for this WELCOME BACK letter, but here it is! Below you will see the short agenda for our opening meeting on Monday, August 5 at 8:00 am. Our intention is to keep our meeting shorter this year than it has been in years past. The reason for this is simply because we value your time and want to give you all the autonomy to use your time to best prepare for the 2019-2020 school year. In saying this, please know that we still value and keep school safety first and we will have each of you complete the necessary training. This year we are choosing to spread this training out and send some of it out for you to complete on your own time.
As you return to the building I really hope you are returning fresh, energized, and full of pride knowing you will have many opportunities to change a child’s life during the 19-20 school year. Our children are our most treasured gifts and we as educators hold the responsibility to love and nurture every child and show them how to become productive citizens. No matter what your role is here at Randolph Eastern we all have taken on this responsibility and there is no job more rewarding than watching our students grow and succeed in life.
Embarking on this school year I want to encourage all of you to take a deep look within and make sure you are in the boat with us and rowing in the same direction. Henry Ford once said, “Coming together is a beginning, keeping together is progress, working together is success.” Get your oar in the water and get ready to start rowing team! #teamwork #ohana
Let’s Do This!!!
Sincerely,
Aaron Black
Superintendent
Randolph Eastern School Corporation
