To ensure I have the very best health I can everyday, I will make sure that I take really good care of myself and always do the right things for me.
Pain
I have suffered "pain" in the past. I expect "pain" in the future. But, I will react to that "pain" by making sure that I ignore the bad and focus of the good. What I will gain from that "pain" is never taking things for granted and to always look on the other side of the problem.
Environment
I Am Who I Am Because of My Surroundings
I want respect from life. So, I need to surround myself with respectful people.
