THOUGHTS FROM DR. VOELKL
Today as I made my last set of morning announcements, greeted my last set of students and participated in my last All School Mass I could not help but think of the countless memories I have made within the halls and walls of this place I have come to call home ~ While I have always taken great pride in helping our students grow in faith and academics, I pray that when looking back my students memories are of laughter we shared, tears I wiped away, hugs given and kindness shown. I have been blessed to work with the most amazing and magical children. I pray that they continue to find their magic during their remaining years at SCB. I pray that they continue be the heart and light of Christ for others in word and deed. I pray that they are loved, cherished and recognized each day for the many gifts and talents they each possess. To my parents and families, my complete and utter gratitude for allowing me to enter into the lives of your children. I have prayed a thousand prayers for each of them and for each of you. May God's blessings continue to be abundant in your lives ~
Not good-bye but until we meet again,
Dr. Voelkl
A THANK YOU FROM NURSE QUARANDO
A NOTE FROM DR. MULLENSCHLADER
St. Charles Borromeo was a man who worked tirelessly for the good of the Church. He dedicated himself to proclaiming the truth of our beautiful faith in a very tumultuous time. It is such an honor to be the principal of a school with his name on it. As a loving husband, father of six, and a Catholic educator for over 20 years, I am committed to living the mission of this school with you, your children, and the staff of St. Charles Borromeo. I know the importance of providing an environment where children are loved and where each child’s dignity and worth are celebrated. I am eager to begin my work in serving the community of St. Charles Borromeo. I know how special your children are to you. We, as a school, are in this to partner with you, and together, as our mission calls us, we will help the children worship, serve, and learn. I pray that God will guide the mission of St. Charles Borromeo School and strengthen us to teach the truth, be witnesses of His great love, and bring the children of St. Charles Borromeo close to His heart. Have a blessed summer!
I look forward to meeting you soon.
