LEADER IN ME
What a great vision statement we developed together!
We will strive to create a community of joyful leaders and learners where everyone feels valued through meaningful collaboration, effective communication, and an appreciation of individual strengths.
In the spirit of our new vision statement: let's collaborate and communicate to select who will represent Pontiac Elementary on our Launch Team. This team of professionals will have an integral role in leading us through the Leader in Me process. Please nominate a colleague you feel would represent you well on this team. Please complete the nomination form by Wednesday, Feb. 17. All nominees will be notified and have the opportunity to accept/decline being placed on the ballot. We will then make a final vote.
For your information, the following parrots have served on the Leader in Me Committee this school year. Your nominee does not have to be from this list, but this is information you may want to consider.
