Indian Reorganization Act of 1934
Justice for Native Americans
Indian Reorganization Act of 1934
People must take action to help their fellow brethren because it is immoral to allow Native Americans and their land to be abused.
Abuses
For centuries the Native Americans have been forced from their lands into government made reservations. These reservations have been taken advantage of by the greed of U.S officials. Indians have suffered from disease due to the poor healthcare given to them. Their lands are eroding because of the careless attitude that the government has towards the reservations. Poverty and poor living conditions have corrupted the Indian lands and weakened their governments within the tribes.
Solutions
We can put a stop to the death in the Reservations by adopting villages a written constitution under the act's provisions. This will allow their economic status to improve. This act will give them more land to allow more growth and less over crowding. More growth will reduce disease which lead to death. This reservations will allow better public health by medical staff and services. Education will be provided for Native American children. this allows safety for all living in the United States. This will improve the country tremendously, and making it the best country as it can be.
