Hospitality dues:
Oct. 1 - 31 Collecting Hospitality Dues $25 for teachers / admin, $12.50 for assistants and support staff. Beginning Nov.1, price is go up to $30 for teachers / admin and $15 for assistants and support staff.
- Oct. 2-30 Jeans fundraiser $10 (total) for each Wednesday in October.

How is your classroom practice going? Remember to choose one of the eight classroom practices to dig deeper into the next month and read chapters 1 & 2 of Culturally Responsive Teaching and the Brain before our November faculty PD. We have ordered books for those of you who need them.

Potential candidates should possess skills to work collaboratively with the administration and school staff to support the implementation of innovative instructional practices, with an emphasis on creating a support structure that assists classroom teachers in leveraging technology to create a personalized learning environment for all students. Potential candidates should have extensive knowledge and understanding of the curriculum, subject content and developmental needs of students. Candidates should also be capable of creating relevant learning experiences by integrating appropriate technologies to enrich the Virginia Beach City Public Schools' instructional program.
