Thank you to the staff, students, and parents for making this year at Albion Middle School a very special experience for me.
Coming into Albion, I didn't know anyone on staff and was only casually familiar with their programming. I was quickly accepted by this very special learning community from day one.
Our students are awesome, our teachers are the most caring and creative group of teachers I have ever worked with, and the parents have been unbelievable in their support of both their children and our school. I've said all year, "This is the best gig I've ever had!"
The greater Strongsville community can take great pride in the staff, leadership, students and school facilities. You really do have one of the top school districts in Ohio!!
A dedicated, hard working staff and involved parents made Albion School a great place for students to learn and grow.
PTA - More Volunteers Needed!

Day on Thursday, and Friday Lunch for the last day of school! We need a great deal of help to make all this happen! Your involvement is important to our students! Please look at the SIGN-UP GENIUS and see where you can help out. Your help is greatly appreciated!!!

Strongsville Middle School Information! A running account of all things SMS!
I have been told that the main parking lot at SMS is scheduled to be surfaced and completed the week of Aug 15-19. It is not feasible to have a large number of people on-site during that week as there will be nowhere to park. So.... we may hold Orientation, for all grades, 6-8, on Saturday, August 20. It may be split up into three, 2-Hour sessions- one for each grade level. The sessions would include a welcome in the auditorium, schedule pick-up in the commons, self-guided tours around the building & conclude with a debriefing and perhaps Q & A in the gymnasium. This is all in the very earlier stages of planning. Watch for updates throughout the summer!
SMS Frequently Asked Questions:
With many changes taking place for the upcoming school year, we know there will be many questions as to how the new school will look in regards to policies and procedures. In efforts to address these questions and provide answers to parents, we felt it advantageous to have all questions submitted in writing. By doing so, we can ensure that all parents receive the same information.
