Get to Know Your Kids

Use your first couple of weeks to get to know your kids. As if you didn't know that already! Here are some resources and ideas for ways to do that.

Reading Surveys help you get find out what kids like about reading and how they view themselves as readers. Use the questions to create a form or ask the questions during conferences.

Writing Interviews are a great way to get to know where kids are with writing, what they like, and how they feel about writing.

Reading & Writing Video Lessons
