Mindfulness will help you to have a 'Smiling Mind.' Our daily lives are often filled with many different scenarios leading to a stressful time for some. How often do we take a holiday for a well earned rest for our bodies but have you thought about how to rest your brain. Resting the brain allows you to refocus, engage and continue learning, working or participating in the 'moment.'
