Harris Weekly Update

Important Information Regarding Parent/Teacher Conferences.

Every Fall, Gilbert Schools provides you, the parents, an opportunity to meet with your child's teacher at an individually appointed time to talk about your child's progress in school. Mr. Roth asks that teacher meet with every parent as we value these conferences as part of our partnership in educating your children. Each teacher has provided a Sign-up Genius Link. Please click on your child's teachers name to access the link and schedule your conference. This must be completed no later than Friday, September 17. Conferences will take place on Weds 9/22, Thurs 9/23 and Fri 9/24, unless special arrangements have been made. If you have any questions please contact your child's teacher. As always, the office is always here to assist you as well.

What Does It Mean To Be A Title I School?

Title I is the largest federal aid program for public schools. Schools can be designated as “Title I” if certain criteria are met. Title I is the federal government’s commitment to closing the achievement gap between low-income and moderate to high income students. These funds are used to help all students meet academic standards. Click the links below to learn more!
