Weekly Update- October 22nd

It is pouring rain today and it looks like we may have an early winter if this keeps up! The forecast for the weekend looks intense with precipitation so we hope that everyone stays warm and dry.

EDCOE Coat Drive for Students

If your child is in need of a winter coat, please let your child's teacher know.

Alternatively, if you're in a position to donate: Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we are requesting monetary donations rather than coat purchases. To make a donation to this effort visit this page: El Dorado Community Foundation – El Dorado County Education Fund Donation Page.

You may also drop off or mail monetary donations to the EDCOE Front Desk. Make checks payable to: El Dorado County Education Fund. Mailing address: El Dorado County Education Fund c/o EDCOE, Attn: Coat Drive, 6767 Green Valley Road, Placerville, CA 95667.

All Coat Drive donations will be used towards purchase of requested coats, which will be distributed to schools and EDCOE-operated programs throughout the county!

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Paula Sordello or Dina Gentry at dgentry@edcoe.org (530)295-2411.

Thank you for your efforts to help keep our students warm this winter!
