Art with Mrs. Curtis
This week in art 3rd grade learned all about Spain. We looked at artwork created by the Spanish architect and artist Antoni Gaudi. Inspired by his work, 3rd grade is making their own paper mosaics.
Ms. Marchel's First Grade
This week Ms. Marchel’s 1st graders spent time studying their names! They noticed vowels, syllables, total number of letters, uppercase and lowercase letters, and letter formations. A fun way they did this was spelling their names using their bodies!

Easy Ways to Help the PTO!
On Amazon, just go to smile.amazon.com/ch/20-0114174 to link your account to the PTO and then check out using smile.amazon.com everytime.
For Kroger, login to your online account or create one using the Kroger Plus Card number you already have or get a new one. Then go to www.kroger.com/communityrewards and enroll in Community Rewards. Search for “VA241” and select “HARRISON PARKWAY ELEMENTARY - PTO.”
