Coffee with the Principal ☕
We will host "Coffee with the Principal" every 2nd Thursday of each month, from 8:45am-9:30am, in the Aldrich Student Lounge located between the cafeteria and the main office. "Coffee with the Principal" provides an opportunity to enjoy some fresh, delicious coffee, hear about all the good things taking place at Aldrich, and chat with the Aldrich Admin Team regarding any of your questions or concerns.
Our first "Coffee with the Principal" is scheduled for Thursday, December 8th, from 8:45am-9:30am. On December 8th, the Aldrich's 2022-2023 Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP) will be shared in a brief and easy to understand presentation and then we will offer everyone an opportunity to share their concerns and ask questions.

It's getting cold outside!
With the Wisconsin winter in full swing, we want to remind everyone that students need to bundle up for the weather. If the temperature is 10 degrees or above, with the wind-chill, students will be outside in the mornings before school and during lunch/recess time. If the temperature is below 10 degrees we will start letting students in at 8:00 am in the mornings to come inside so please do not drop off your students before that if you don't want them waiting outside.

School Based Health Services🏣
Starting September 13th, the School District will expand our partnership with Beloit Community Health Systems (CHS) to provide onsite health care to students. Families should call (608) 361-0311 to set up an appointment at the High School. Parents/guardians need not be present for the appointment of a High Schooler as long as consents are signed when setting up the appointment. If a student forgets to bring their lunch, a home-prepared lunch delivery will be accepted or provisions will be made for the student to eat a school-prepared lunch. Such deliveries will only be accepted by a person listed as part of a family or identified as an emergency contact on Skyward.
If you or your student wishes them to have a restaurant prepared meal, a guardian/parent listed on Skyward is more than welcome to come and sign them out for the lunch period to eat and sign them back in when the lunch period is over. This will be an excused absence and will not count towards a students 10 parent-excused days as long as they do not miss any instructional time.
