- New Mandate from the Payroll Department: Time sheets must be submitted by 6:00 P.M. on Thursday. Late time sheets will be approved the following pay period.
- Enter your time into Skyward daily: when you arrive and depart.
- Submit your payroll on Wednesday.
- If you are not working your scheduled hours, get prior permission, and put a note in the explanation box. (I.E. regular schedule 8-4, 4-5 worked for Cindy. Your payroll will be denied with a explanation which could result in you not receiving a check on Friday). You need to put your time off in your classroom reflection book.
- Skyward Questions: If you have questions about True Time or Time Off Request, please contact Sue first before contacting Angie.
- Time Off ~ Please email Sue with your time off and the sub you are using.
You must follow the schedule given. Any deviation from your schedule must have prior approval, or your time sheet will be denied~~per Washea Jackson
