Immunizations for upcoming 7th graders
ATTENTION PARENTS OF CURRENT 6th GRADERS:
This is just a reminder that your 6th grade student will need to receive 2 immunizations before entering 7th grade next year. If you are taking your child in for a well-child check, be sure to ask about their 7th grade immunizations, specifically the Tdap booster and the Meningococcal vaccine. Once your student receives these, please bring in a copy to the school. If your 6th grade student has an exemption you will need a new one prior to 7th grade entry. If the school has not received these records before your student starts 7th grade, they WILL BE excluded from classes. If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know. Thank you so very much.
