2023 Spring Innovation Retreats!
EQIP Retreat
CEM and PM Retreat
Programs who have been implementing any of the three Minnesota Centers of Excellence Innovations had the opportunity to attend a retreat to celebrate success and learn from others. This year these retreats were back, offered in-person, after a 3 year break during the pandemic.
The Evidence-based Quality Intervention Practices (EQIP) statewide retreat was held in Shoreview on April 21st. Bemidji Early Intervention is the one EQIP team in Region 1&2. The winter weather prevented them from being able to attend, but their information will be shared with all other EQIP programs.
The Classroom Engagement Model (CEM) and Pyramid Model (PM) North retreat was held on April 28th at the Sanford Center in Bemidji. Pyramid Model teams from Warroad Schools, BI-CAP Head Start, and Kelliher School were in attendance, as well as the Classroom Engagement team from Goodridge Schools. Laporte Schools (PM) and Warroad Schools (CEM) are also new innovation teams for the 2023-2024 school year, and were able to have some staff join for the day.
