Just a reminder... your professional goals in STRIVE should be marked "complete" once the you feel the goal has been completed! Once a goal is marked "complete", the appraiser will get an email letting them know to "archive" the goal. Check out the "Ideal Life of a Goal" to review all goal features! If you have any questions about your specific goals - please contact your appraiser.
- Vodstock for Substitutes
Subs cannot access Vodstock from the desktop icon. Subs must log into the FISD Portal with the campus sub username and password and click on the Vodstock tile to access. Please see the Vodstock Handout for Subs for complete details.

Want to expand your repertoire of various online Web 2.0 tools/apps and to utilize these tools (hands-on) in the classroom but just do not have the time to sit or the opportunity to apply what you learned in an after school staff development?
Join us for this ONLINE technology workshop conducted through the FISD Staff Learning Hub. This course will consist of 3 modules utilizing one online Web 2.0 tools/apps per module. Each module will allow you to explore specific online Web 2.0 tools with resources on how to use these tools.
You will be required to submit products utilizing these online tools (per module). You may complete as many modules as you would like and one hour of non-contract professional development hours for each module completed will be earned. This course is designed for classroom teachers only.
Feb. 1st - 28th (Online)
Creativity is an important element in a successful, student-centered classroom. This class will be comprised of various modules featuring websites, apps, and tools that support and promote creativity efforts in the classroom. Each module will be worth one hour of non-contract credit. You choose the modules with the creativity tools that you would like to learn about. You can complete from one to six modules. You may only earn up to six hours for this course; if you are interested in learning more, and there is enough interest, this class will be offered at a later date. This class is for teachers and professional staff only.
Everything Critical Thinking - Register

This class will be comprised of various modules featuring websites, apps, and tools that support and promote critical thinking efforts in the classroom. Each module will be worth one hour of non-contract credit. You choose the modules with the critical thinking tools that you would like to learn about. You can complete from one to six modules.
