Welcome back TMHS senior parents. We hope you all enjoyed the summer break. Now we are hitting the ground running as we begin the 2015-2016 school year. This is an important year for your children as they make their post graduate plans. Not only will we be helping them each step of the way, but we'd like you to know, we are ready to answer your questions as well. Mark your calendars for the following senior parent events.

Common App. Coffee

Please join us for coffee and light refreshments as we tell you about the Common Application. Over 500 colleges and universities are accepting the Common Application, so it's important you know about it.

Resume Writing Workshop

Tuesday, Oct. 6th, 11:30am-12:30pm

Please, please encourage your senior to sign up for this workshop! A representative from a college admissions office will be sharing valuable information regarding writing the college application resume. Students will learn what they need to do to stand out amongst hundreds of other applicants. They will not want to miss this!

Financial Aid Night

Thursday, Nov. 5th, 6-8pm

If your child will be attending college next fall you will want to join us for this! A representative from MEFA will discuss everything you need to know about financial aid and the loan application. A question and answer session will follow the presentation.

Naviance

Naviance is a website that your student has been using here at TMHS to prepare for College and Career readiness. We invite parents to become familiar with Naviance as you help your child plan for next fall.
