Apple Fest is Coming: Mark Your Calendars - Saturday, October 27th (12 - 4 )
WHAT IS IT?
AppleFest is a GIANT BLOCK PARTY held at the school. It's for BNS and BCS together. This year the BCS focus is "Our Kids." We're going to have BCS student performances, games for middle school and high school students, and as much parent support as we can.
WHY DO WE DO IT?
AppleFest is fun! But also...it's our biggest fundraiser. It funds EL field trips, camping and college trips, extras in the classrooms and more! We cannot run these programs without parent support.
HOW CAN YOU HELP?
1) Organize a BCS-focused game or help plan student performances. Email BcsPtaSecretary@gmail.com and I'll find a way that you can help on your schedule. Meetings not required.
2) Be on the BNS-BCS planning committee. Come hear how this event comes together at our weekly planning meetings in Room 105! (Meeting dates and times will be determined at the first meeting, taking place Thurs 2:45 PM Room 105B.)
3) Volunteer on the day or the event.
If you can't make weekly planning meetings, we can still use your help at the event on Saturday, October 27th.
Please keep an eye out for emails asking for volunteers.
Questions? Interested in helping from afar? Have an idea for the event?
Email Cathleen BcsPtaSecretary@gmail.com (BCS) or AnnMarie:amatava@gmail.com (BNS)
