Summer Retreat 2017
From Annelies & Conduit for Change, LLC
If you're at a point in life where learning to free yourself and let go sounds important, you’ll receive helpful creative coping tools, healing, joy and gentle understanding at this life-affirming integrative retreat. Take a B R E A T H and join us for laughter, play and learning. Gain that sense of freedom you really need.
The Lotus and the Butterfly retreat title are metaphors for change. The lotus is known to bloom in stagnate waters, while the butterfly emerges through total transformation. Change is evident and inevitable in all facets of life. We loose relationships, jobs, health, a parent. Other times we gain hope, courage, or a new possibility. While, it's natural to hunker down, protect and resist change, we can't stop it. Nature and creativity helps us see how to embrace verses resist the movements of life.
Ready to let go but don't know how? Start by taking time for YOU and join us to reflect among compassionate women in a beautiful environment of sound and sea near Emerald Isle, NC. We’ll explore and let go through story, music, meditation, movement, ritual and collective art-making with guest Soul Collage facilitator, Amenie Schweizer.
