A Note from the Board...

Happy Fall Everyone!

You're going to want to load up on the Pumpkin Spice Lattes and Peppermint Mochas because the season of choir is fast approaching! In an attempt to better communicate with choir parents and streamline the cornucopia of information, the NHSCPO board has designed a newsletter! You can look for this newsletter to hit your inbox at least once a month (probably more as the competition season gets going)! Use the headings to quickly locate the information you are looking for (each heading will also link you back to the NHSCPO webpage)!

Social Media blasts will continue to be a huge part of our communication! Be sure to like our pages on both Facebook and Instagram!

A quick thank you to all the volunteers that have stepped up so far this year! We are so grateful for your ticket counting, float decorating, closet cleaning and costume fitting. Let's keep putting in the work so our students can have the best season yet! Check out the Volunteer Needs section of the newsletter. Can you help?

Volunteer Needs

We are looking for parent volunteers that can help with costuming and fundraising.

Costuming: No sewing skills necessary. If you can work a glue gun, pin a hem or measure you are qualified. Contact Jessica Pearson for more information.

Fundraising: Many of our fundraisers are "turnkey". We just need someone to organize, send out information, and follow up with businesses.

Does your student come home from rehearsal sweaty and hot? Think about ordering them a tank top rehearsal shirt to keep them cool!

Worried about staying warm cold competition weekends? Order a cozy hoodie with your favorite choir logo!

Yard starting to look drab? Order a yard sign to jazz it up this winter! The spirit store is open from now until October 29th.

This is your last chance to “rep” our amazing groups at all competitions. Click here to start your order!!!

Letter jackets are currently available for holiday delivery. Click here for more information!

Tickets: Now on sale and going fast! Catch our spectacular choir and theater students doing what they love. Relive the days your high school student watched and listened to High School Musical when they were younger (don’t deny that you know all the words)! Look for Wildcat swag and snacks in the vestibule before the show. GO WILDCATS!!!! Click here for tickets.

Shout-Outs: Who is your favorite Wildcat? Be sure to send them a shout-out in the program. Make sure your Wildcat knows you’re thinking of them. Click the link.

Sponsorship: Don’t let the students get all the attention!!! Sign up to be a corporate sponsor for this year’s musical. Community members from across Hamilton County will see your company logo and respect that you are a patron of the arts. Click the link.
