Exercise

Exercise Routine

During the course of one week, before baseball practice, I stretched and cooled down. Before stretching, my muscles felt tense and tired. During the stretching, my muscles felt like they were straining and getting looser. After stretching, muscles felt more loose and relaxed, which helped in performing physical activity. The benefits of stretching include decreasing the risk of injury, increasing flexibility, and helping heal injuries faster.

Collin's Info

Exercise

Over the course of one week I stretched for doing a distance walk. After doing the stretching my muscles felt loose and comfortable. I went for an approximate 3 mile walk and during the exercise I felt comfortable and my muscles didn't tense or seize up. If I had walked without stretching I could have pulled a muscle, gotten hurt, or been very sore compared to how I actually felt afterwards which was very refreshed.
