Help us spread the word about all the informative workshops the Student Services Department is conducting to help potential students become familiar with our school, decide what program is best for them; and how to apply for financial aid. They are also hosting workshops to help current students make the transition to employment. All of the workshops are free and are open to students and to the public. Below is the schedule from now until May:

The Value of Exercise
With a busy teacher’s schedule, it can be really tough to make time to exercise, but we all know the benefits are worth it.

- Tim Hall for the relationship with Germain BMW, Lexus and Honda who donated $2500 for the Fly-In Cruise-In.
- Kirk Jervis and his students for designing and creating a 3D model of the fruit cart that one of the Incubator groups has used as their prototype when testing their service.
- Rick Ponton's juniors have worked closely with the incubator group to collaborate on the design for the tri-fold boards that will be used at the Palm Beach Atlantic University - Rinker School of Buisness Entrepreneurship competition next Friday, Jan 27th.
- To the staff who led the Gulf Coast and Everglades Tour.
- To the students and staff who assisted with the Greater Naples Leadership Tour.
- Special thanks to the National Honor Society students for participating in the MLK Parade.
- Tara Barr for creating a tutorial of how students create and add artifacts to the iPortfolio.
- Kristy Meghreblian for establishing a 9th grade student tutor/mentor program through her class with DE students volunteering to participate.

- Krystal Dagher for hitting the ground running and already being a valuable member to our LWTHS family.
Happenings
- On Monday, January 23rd, we welcome Lake Park Elementary School. Students will be touring the campus from 9:00 to 1:30 p.m..
- On Tuesday, January 24th, 8:30 to 1:00 p.m., 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Naples High School 12th grade students will be touring the campus.
- On Wednesday, January 25th, Barron Collier High School 12th grade students will be touring the campus.
