Yelm Community Schools

September 20, 2022

MESSAGE FROM THE SUPERINTENDENT

It has been a joy welcoming back our 5550+ students and their families. The students arrive ready and energized to take on learning, and our staff is prepared to support each child in their growth and development.

Our continued goal is to ensure 100% of our students starting in Kindergarten are on a path to graduation, continuing education and work. Our staff throughout the district from teachers to bus drivers to administrators are committed to working with you to help your student achieve every day and engage in experiences that help them create a personal plan for their future.

We ask that you stay connected with your teachers, read the newsletters, check the websites for details and talk with your students daily about what they are learning. It takes you, our 250+ Graduate Yelm! partners and the YCS staff to support the children in our community. Let's do this together!
