It's all me

Who Am I?

"Build me a son, O Lord, who will be strong enough to know when he is weak, and brave enough to face himself when he is afraid, one who will be proud and unbending in honest defeat, and humble and gentle in victory. "-Douglas Macarthur

My Brain

Although I use both the left and right side of my brain depending on the thought process necessary, I am most comfortable while using the left side of my brain. That means that I like more structure, control, clarity, focus, direction, responsibility, organization, planning, mathematical and analytical skills, listening skills, rational and logical thinking.

Decision Making

Directive style

When making decisions I tend to follow the directive style. People with that decision making style usually do this; Focuses on task at hand, Considers facts, rules, and procedures, Acquires information through hunches and by using short reports with limited data, Evaluates information by sound intuition, experience, and rules, Has a low tolerance for ambiguity(when things are unclear or uncertain), and needs structure. Others sometimes perceive my decision making as Rigid, Impersonal, Simplistic, Autocratic (domineering, controlling). The best organizational fit for my type of decision making is one that allows Structured, goal-oriented, such as in bureaucracies, or where power and authority are important.

My Personality type

# 1 Green

I have a Green personality type. That means I listens form the things I need to solve a problem, Tune out trivia, Often miss body tone. When I talk I get strait to thee point, Prefers facts, Think before I speak. I get frustrated when theirs small talk, failed, Being wrong in public.
