***Important Car Rider Line REMINDER***

As a reminder, Car Rider Doors are open from 8:00am-8:25am. If you arrive AFTER THIS TIME, drive to the front of the building and walk your child into the building and sign them in. This will help us continue to keep all students ready for the start of their education at 8:30am in their classroom. If they are not in their seats at 8:30am, when the bell rings, they will be marked tardy.

Nurse Note

What are the symptoms of influenza?

• Fever

• Chills

• Headache

• Cough

• Sore throat

• Muscle aches

• Diarrhea and nausea occasionally in children

If your child complains of any of these symptoms, please check their temperature before sending them to school. For more information, click on this link

Kids' Connection Weather Information

On delay days Kids' Connection will still open on time for those students enrolled in the program. If school goes from a delay to a closure, the program will also close. Kids' Connection will close 2 hours after the closure is called, by 7:30am.

Be Prepared.... Think Ahead

Outside playtime is a very important part of the total elementary school program. Pendleton Elementary students have outside recess when the temperature is above 20 F (adjusted for wind chill), unless inclement weather, or a safety concern exists. Please make sure your child is dressed for the colder weather.
