Final Video 2019-2020 School Year

Wednesday, May 20-iPad, Textbook, Library Book Return/Drop Off- See Schedule

Next Wednesday, May 20, each family will have a designated time to drop off all rented iPads and chargers, any textbooks students have had at home and all library books. Report cards will be held and students will not be added to class lists until all school items are returned.

For each student, please put all of these items in one bag and mark the bag with the student’s last name, first name, grade and teacher and student number

(Walters, Halle 1-B #19) - one bag per student. Deposits for iPads will be returned when iPad and charger are confirmed in working order.

Enter the circle drive like morning pick up from Flint Street. You must REMAIN in your car, we will come and get the bags from you. Please see assigned times below.

The drop off times are in alphabetical order by family's last names.

Plaid Skorts

Plaid skorts have been discontinued from Dennis Uniform. This summer parents will not be able to purchase a new plaid skort from Dennis Uniform. However, for the 2020-2021 school year, girls may purchase a used plaid skort from our Used Uniform Sale for the upcoming school year only.

Summer Food Service Program

To All Students and Families,

The Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) is available to all children 18 and younger. Children will receive either one or two reimbursable meals each day Monday- Friday. Please go to the kn-eat websight- Summer Food Service Program then in yellow on left go to Find a location near me.

For those families that are on the KS Free and Reduced Food Program , the Pandemic -EBT (Pandemic Electronic Benefit Transfer or P-EBT) is available. It is a state option to provide food assistance in the event of school closures lasting 5 or more days to all children who would have otherwise received a free or reduced price meals at school. A letter will be sent this Friday 5/15/2020 to all eligible families regarding the program.

Notice to Parents of Current 6th Graders : All incoming 7th graders for the 2020-21 school year are required to have the Tdap (Tetanus with Pertussis) and Meningococcal vaccines before they start school this fall. I need documentation that your child has received these vaccinations prior to the first day of school. If you receive an email from me stating that your child needs these vaccines, please contact their health care provider to either schedule the vaccines or obtain documentation of having received these vaccines.
