Jews, the followers of Judaism worship the one god, Yahweh, at a synagogue under the lead of a rabbi on Friday through Sunday evening. The role of the Torah, which is a piece of the Jewish holy book, the Tanakh that includes the role of Torahthat contains stories of ancient Hebrews, The Hebrew law, the law of god. The remnants of The Holy Temple, the first ever Jewish temple which is located in Jerusalem, Israel is the most holy Jewish site in the state. A Bar Mitzvah is the celebration of a child becoming an adult. Kosher are types of food according to Torah. The four main holidays of the Jewish people Rosh Hasahanah is the Jewish new year, Yom Kippur, The day of Atonement, Passover marks the liberation of Jews from Egyptian enslavement, and Hanukkah is the festival of lights. One common figure besides god in Judaism and the other two Middle East religions, Christianity and Islam, is the figure Abraham and are all monotheistic religions.
