Testing week for 3rd grade!
Success Story
On Wednesday, we had an IEP reevaluation meeting for a 3rd grade student. This particular student had a very rough start to Kindergarten and at the time it seemed like we were going to have our hands full for a long time. However this little guy graduated off his IEP, and will start a 504 next week. It's not often that a student makes the progress necessary to pull this off, but when it happens it should be celebrated.
So with that being said, I want to thank Laura, Diane M, Chris, Kate, Marybeth, Katie, Carla, Kristina, Jamie, Loretta, Darlene, a combination of School Psychs, Behavior Specialists, and Stephanie for making this possible.
It truly was a team effort over the last four years to make this happen so congratulations, you pulled off a huge feat!
Mentoring Program Kicks off this Wednesday!
Chris and I will launch our new mentoring program on Wednesday this week at 8am. If you have students that will be participating in the program, please send them to the MPR room right after announcements.
Thank you!
