October 15th Origami Boxes – The ancient Japanese artform of paper-folding becomes both decorative and useful when we make beautiful boxes from patterned and colored paper! A great artform to learn to recycle calendars, magazines, or to use origami paper! Ages 7 and above, please.
October 29th Copper Wire Trees – Bring your favorite stone or use one of ours to create a copper wire tree as a gift, for yourself or someone else. These trees can be used as earring holders, for displaying miniature ornaments, or just as a sculpture. Both elegant and sturdy, these are a favorite for all ages of people. Due to the nature of bending wire the physical strength of the person making the trees should be kept in mind. Ages 7 and up, please.
