Thoughts from a Science Teacher
Hi All,
I don’t know if you guys know this awesome kid. He arrived from Mexico about 3-4 months ago with ZERO English skills. He was so frustrated by his inability to understand, he was in tears. He is always pushing himself to learn and wants to be a doctor or petroleum engineer. I just gave him his Report Card-Straight A’s, 4 were A +!!!!!
He is an amazing kid and I want to nominate him for star student or something like that.
Its times like this when I am most proud of my profession and the great people I work with. Keep fighting the good fight.
Happy Holidays.
