ONE FULL WEEK!
Greetings Trinity Family,
We have been in school for 7 days now! You all have been so fantastic and I want to personally thank each and every one of you. There Indiana Department of Health has released new guidance for schools and families. The attachment is located here. I pray everyone has a blessed week. Please take the time to review each section below.

Severe Weather Drop Off
If there is ever an instance of severe weather that would cause concern during our morning drop off procedure, we will proceed with our severe weather drop off procedure. This procedure will allow for only 2 cones for cars to pull up to under the carport. All doors in the main entrance will be propped and students will enter through there. If we need to follow this procedure, all parents will receive a parent alert through text and an email.
First Friday Special Dress
On the first Friday of every month, we have a special dress day to support a special cause. Next week Friday, September 4th, we will be supporting the Staley family who lost their father to Mesothelioma. The Staley family has a second grader here at Trinity, and this is a great opportunity to support them. Our Friday special dress will be "summer fun" where students can wear a favorite summer outfit. A reminder that all logos and decals must be appropriate along with short and skirt length. If you plan to participate in this have your student wear their special dress and bring $1 into the school to be collected by their homeroom teacher.
Trinity Apparel
We have collected all of the order forms and plan to send them in on Monday morning at 8:15. If you still plan to bring in an order form, please get it in the office before 8:15 am. You can view the order form here. Apparel Form
Picture Day
Pictures for students K-8 will be on the 16th of September. A reminder is coming home, and order forms will follow on September 11th.
Updated Student Information
If you haven't already, please be sure you have provided the office with your students Birth Certificate and updated shot records. Our office staff will be reviewing files and sending home reminders for those who have not turned in the proper paperwork, and this also included the Covid-19 acknowledgment form.
iPad Cases
We have been able to upgrade iPad cases. These new cases are military-grade and provide much greater protection for student iPads. As unlikely as a broken case may now be, if a case for an individual does manage to get broken, the new replacement fees are as follows:
Grades 3-4 and 6-8 have an $80 replacement fee.
Grades K-2 and 5 have a $100 replacement fee.
