How can you use the Order Of Operations?
When using the order of operations there are many steps. You are probably wondering how you can use order of operations to solve a long problem.
How to use P.E.D.A.S.
In order for you to solve and equation correctly you need to use P.E.M.A.S. The way that you use P.E.M.D.A.S. is by first looking at the problem to see if there are any parentheses and solve that first. Then you look for exponents and solve those second. Third you need to solve any multiplication or division problems. Last look to see and solve and adding or subtracting problems.
division and multiplication
When there are both division and multiplication you need to go from left to right. Lets take 6x7-10 divided by 8= 4. We need to go left to right with the division and multiplication so in this problom there is multiplication first so we need to solve that question first. The same thing goes for addition and subtraction.
Parentheses ( )
When you are solving a equation you need you remember to always solve the problem in the parentheses first. I f you do not do so your answer will come out wrong. Always remember to solve the problem in the parentheses first.
Order of Operations
Always remember when solving a equation to use P.E.M.D.A.S. to solve your equation correctly!!!!!!!!
