If for some reason you are going to be absent, please make sure you talk to me or Mrs. Camarillo about it before not after the fact.
IEP Implementation
Review your students' accommodations and supports regularly to ensure you are providing them with everything, as mandated by federal law. Ensure you have a plan for all students receiving accommodations and supports under RTI, 504 and SPED. This also includes behavior intervention plans.
RtI Documentation
Teachers please make sure you are documenting RTI interventions EVERY Friday. Also, as discussed during our RtI training, please be sure to document parent calls/meetings in Edugence for RTI students.

Leading Through a Crisis
Great Crisis Leaders:10 Key Characteristics
By Pat Rowe
#1
Seeing things for what they are. Strong crisis leaders live on the front end of reality. They recognize events and their significance and do not shy away from the consequences of what they see. Intellectual integrity is a key component of their DNA; they think of what is best for the organization, not their own personal gain.
