Physical Education
Wasatch Peak Academy
Ola WPA Family,
Spring is in the air. Yea!!
I am back to playing pickleball and running or I should say jogging at a very slow pace and only on my treadmill. I don't think my knee is quit up to playing soccer yet. I am going to hold off on that for a while, but so happy I am back to doing the physical activities I love!!
Kindergarten,1st, and 2nd grade students are working hard at learning how to tie their shoes. Several students have already learned how, and many are still working on it. Any K-2nd grade student who knows or who learns how to tie their shoes by the end of the year can earn a special prize from me. What I need from all of my K-2nd grade parents or guardians, is for you to practice this fine motor skill at home. I need all the help I can get. This is a very hard skill to learn and master! Thank you in advance for your help with this!!
4th term Afterschool Club information is below. All clubs will start the week after spring break April 8th and end the week of May 13th.
Please don't hesitate to email me if you have any questions.
Thank you for sharing all of your AMAZING students with me!
Go be Great!
-Miss Randi

The Intramural sports program at Wasatch Peak Academy is very structured, organized, and offers individual, dual, and team sports for students. Intramural activities range from traditional sports such as floor hockey, basketball, and soccer to non-traditional sports such as ultimate frisbee, 4 square, and 9 square in the air.

2. To encourage wholesome participation in a large number of sports activities.
